The Pidionâ„¢ PDA will replace Palm Tx as the Service Assistant's mobile device.
Field Diagnostics is pleased to announce that all HVAC Service Assistant™ HVAC diagnostic tools will now use the Pidion™ PDA to replace the currently used Palm Tx. The new PDA will operate on a Windows Mobile-based operating system with a Styletap Palm emulator. The Service Assistant™ is a full featured portable tool for HVAC technicians designed to provide advanced diagnostics while servicing units. It provides instant analysis on energy saving opportunities and drives the technician to realizing them by producing analytical reports. Field Diagnostics will continue to manage the technical support and warranty inventory.
